Welcome to Little Caesars Arena, a beacon of Detroitās resurgence and innovation. White Construction, in collaboration with Barton Malow and Hunt Construction, helped bring this 785,000-square-foot arena to life. From its unique ādeconstructedā design blending into the cityscape to the innovative roof structure enhancing acoustics and energy efficiency, every detail reflects Detroitās heritage and vision for the future. Employing Lean construction practices and modular prefabrication, we ensured this iconic venue was delivered on time and with unparalleled quality, cementing it as the heart of Detroitās sports and entertainment scene.
Ford Field and Comerica Park are synonymous with Detroitās passion for sports. As two of Michiganās most beloved venues, they required upgrades that balanced functionality with preserving their iconic status. White Construction was proud to partner on projects that enhanced fan experiences, upgraded facilities, and maintained the venuesā reputations as world-class destinations. From structural reinforcements to modern amenities, these enhancements ensure both venues remain at the forefront of the sports and entertainment industry.
At Providence Hospital in Novi, White Construction was tasked with improving a healthcare facility that serves thousands of patients annually. This project demanded a focus on functionality, compassion, and efficiency, as healthcare construction is about more than just bricks and mortarāitās about creating spaces that promote healing and hope. Our team delivered critical updates, ensuring the hospital could continue to provide top-tier care while enhancing the experience for patients and their families. The DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital addition represents our dedication to improving healthcare access in Detroit. This expansion project allowed the hospital to accommodate growing community needs with modern, purpose-built spaces that enhance both patient care and staff efficiency. White Construction worked closely with healthcare professionals to understand the unique challenges of this project, employing innovative construction practices to deliver a facility that meets the highest standards of care.
The Multicultural Center at Michigan State University is more than just a buildingāitās a statement of inclusion, diversity, and unity. White Construction partnered with MSU to design and construct this transformative space, ensuring it reflected the voices and needs of the community.

Renovate existing building to provide new rooftop units for computer server rooms; new fire alarm system; sprinklers; new power and I.T. connections in each classroom; renovated Toilet rooms with new fixtures, flooring and partitions; performed roof restoration; and installed new asphalt parking lot on west side of building.
MT ZION COMMUNITY ACTIVITY CENTER
Owner: Mt Zion Missionary Baptist Church
New 45,000 SF facility consisting of classrooms, conference/banquet rooms, commercial kitchen and a multi-purpose room used as a gymnasium and special events center. Property is located on a 3.5 acre site with two surface parking areas that will accommodate 165 cars.

Project Description: Renovation of the existing escalator enclosure connecting the Wayne and Michigan exhibit halls to open up the upper floor area and enhance the lower level. Demolition work included existing fire-rated masonry walls, hollow metal doors and frames, ceilings and flooring. New construction includes masonry walls, aluminum framed glazed walls, aluminum doors, a large drywall soffit, terrazzo flooring, carpeting and miscellaneous mechanical / electrical work.

Project Description: Conversion of an existing 53,200 s.f. warehouse and office facility into the new Emergency and Radio Communications Center for a new city wide Communications System. The Facility includes (2) hardened explosion resistant areas constructed entirely of 12″ concrete walls and roof. It also has blast resistant doors. The Building houses the 911 Dispatch Area, Offices for Police, Fire, EMS, as well as a totally new mechanical, fire protection and electrical systems.

Renaissance High School into a specialized Middle School for Foreign Language Immersion and Cultural Studies (FLICS). COBO HALL WAYNE PLAZA REPAIRS
Renovation of the Wayne Plaza Deck of the Cobo Conference Center. The work was performed in 1998 in two phases, which included structural concrete deck repairs, waterproofing and paving, leak repairs, siding and gutter work, concrete and masonry repair in the PLD substation and Cobo substation A, E1 and C.
Removal and replacement of 100,000 S.F. concrete slabs in Wayne Hall (Hall āDā) of the Cobo Conference Center. Work performed in 1993.
